01 // Access & Identity

BlackOps Market Access serves as the immutable directory for the marketplace infrastructure. Given the volatile nature of the Tor network, we provide a centralized point of trust for acquiring verified onion V3 mirrors and PGP keys.

Registration is permissionless and strictly anonymous. No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) such as email or phone numbers is collected.

Access is restricted to the Tor network via .onion top-level domains. Standard browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) leak IP addresses and DNS requests, compromising user anonymity. You must use the Tor Browser with Security Level set to 'Safest' (No JavaScript) to successfully render the market interface.

02 // Financial Settlement (XMR)

We operate a strict Monero (XMR) exclusive policy. Bitcoin (BTC) is a transparent ledger; every transaction is traceable by chain analysis firms. Monero utilizes cryptographic primitives including Ring Signatures, RingCT, and Stealth Addresses to completely obfuscate the sender, receiver, and transaction amount. This is non-negotiable for user safety.

Deposits require 10 on-chain confirmations before the balance becomes spendable. Given Monero's average block time of 2 minutes, this results in a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes. This threshold is enforced to prevent double-spend attacks and reorganization risks. Do not open support tickets for deposits younger than 1 hour.

Funds are never sent directly to vendors. Upon purchase, XMR is locked in the market's cold-storage escrow system. Release conditions are:

  1. Buyer manually finalizes the order after delivery.
  2. Auto-finalization timer (14 days) expires without dispute.
  3. Dispute resolution in favor of the vendor.

03 // OpSec & Cryptography

PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) is the backbone of our security model. It is enforced for:

  • 2FA Login: Decrypting a challenge token to prove identity.
  • Shipping Data: All addresses must be encrypted with the vendor's public key. Plaintext is auto-rejected.
  • Support: Communication with staff requires encryption.

Never trust links blindly. Verify the cryptographic signature of our mirror list found on the 'Links' page. Import the market public key and check the signature against the message content. This confirms the mirrors are published by the actual market administrators and not a third-party interceptor.

FE status allows specific high-trust vendors to bypass escrow and receive funds immediately upon marking an order as shipped. This is restricted to vendors with 300+ sales and >4.90 rating. Buyers assume 100% risk when using FE; only proceed if you have established trust with the vendor.
